What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital (Tiktok, Shopee, Facebook, etc.) and traditional channels
  • Build and grow our brand presence in a competitive market
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and design teams
  • Lead campaigns from concept to analysis, driving ROI and customer engagement
  • Manage external agencies and internal team contributors
  • Conduct market research to inform product positioning and launches

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or a related field
  • Strong leadership with the ability to command a room and drive initiatives
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with analytical chops—comfortable using data to guide decisions
  • Familiarity with social media, e-commerce, and content marketing strategies
