The Role:

An intermediate role in Atlan Stormwater (AU) to support the National Maintenance Business Development Managers to deliver timely estimates for projects. The role will evaluate different scenarios and proactively seek to add value to the maintenance sales process.

  • Preparing quotations and contracts for national maintenance projects.
  • Create estimates/quotes for maintenance requirements
  • Proactively maintain an up-to-date record of activities in the CRM system
  • Participate in Client Relationship Management activities as required
  • Provide estimation input into tenders, quotes, and contract reviews for major projects
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates at once.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in stormwater treatment infrastructures.

  • Microsoft Office products – Word,
    Excel
    , PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • ERP - NetSuite/NextService
  • CRM - Pipedrive
