Position Summary:

The Associate, Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting the organization's IT infrastructure by assisting with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms. Under the guidance of senior engineers, this role helps ensure that IT systems operate efficiently and securely while aligning with business needs.

The Associate Infrastructure Engineer provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Windows servers, networking, storage systems, operating systems, and standard business applications. They collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business partners to gain hands-on experience with global technical solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
  • Perform onsite hardware installation, network patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Support on-premises and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Assist in administering Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in implementing improvements.
  • Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as needed.
  • Conduct routine system checks to ensure reliability.
  • Follow security best practices and company IT policies.
  • Assist in enforcing identity and access management controls.
  • Support cybersecurity operations in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for infrastructure-related incidents.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work with IT teams and business units to support infrastructure projects.
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
  • Experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure (Windows & Linux).
  • Understanding of networking concepts (Cisco & Meraki, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Proficiency in Windows client, servers administration and patching using SCCM.
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience administering Citrix VDI/Provisioning services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation.
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
