What is the job?

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer designs, deploys, and manages scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities:


• Design, deploy, and manage scalable GCP infrastructure (Compute Engine, VPC, Storage, IAM, Load Balancing)

• Build and optimize IaC with Terraform, including state management and version control

• Create and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate provisioning, testing, and releases

• Deploy and manage VPN solutions (OpenVPN, IPSec, GCP VPN) for secure hybrid access

• Implement auth and access controls (OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, RBAC, federation) integrated with IAM

• Monitor and troubleshoot performance; partner with Dev/Sec/Ops to keep enterprise apps secure, compliant, and resilient

Qualifications:


• Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in technology environments with enterprise-scale infrastructure support.

• Understands Java-based applications and enterprise deployment models

• Builds and manages GCP infrastructure (Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Storage, IAM, Load Balancing)

• Automates provisioning with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD (source control, pipelines, versioning/state)

• Implements auth and access controls (OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, RBAC, federation) and enforces IAM policies

• Administers VPN solutions (OpenVPN, IPSec, GCP VPN) and applies security/compliance frameworks
