JOB DESCRIPTION:

Community Support:

  • Accurately document and log all homeowner concerns, track progress and resolution, and provide timely updates to homeowners until completion.
  • Timekeeping and Payroll Support:
  • Monitor, process, and report timekeeping data (Daily Time Records - DTR) for administrative personnel to facilitate accurate payroll computation.

Document Management:

  • Ensure the organized filing and secure safekeeping of all administrative documents.

Asset Management:

  • Maintain, safeguard, and conduct regular inventories of all administrative tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Issue purchase orders for fuel and monitor its utilization.

Logistical Support:

  • Perform off-site tasks as needed, including acting as a messenger, making deliveries, purchasing supplies, or liaising with external parties.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide assistance to other administrative personnel as required.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of undergraduate
  • At least 1 year of related experience in HOA
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR labor laws and other Government-mandated Benefits.
  • Has their own motorcycle or can drive with a driver's license.
  • Computer-literate
  • Residing within QC near Brgy. Batasan Hills

  • Work Location: Batasan Hills, Quezon City ( near Evergotesco)
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Salary: Minimum
