Admin Assistant - Responsible on a day-to-day administrative support by handling routine office tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data through validation, checking, and basic analysis. Assist in achieving the department's and organization's goals by efficiently carrying out assigned responsibilities and contributing to smooth operational workflows.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Assist in preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence.

2.) Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

3.) Assist with monitoring and updating cash flow records and transactions.

4.) Support daily bank transactions, check processing, and deposit transactions.

5.) Track expenses and prepare basic financial summaries as needed.

6.) Coordinate with internal departments and business units or other external partners (e.g banks, suppliers)

7.) Ensure timely submission of reports, approvals and documents.

8.) Ensure sensitive financial documents are handled securely and confidentially.

9.) Adhere to company policies and financial protocols

10.) Delivers tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements and qualifications

1.) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance or related field(preferred but not strictly required).

2.) With at least 1-2 year experience as assistant or admin staff.

3.) Proficiency in Microsoft office (Especially Excel and Word).

4.) Familiarity with basic accounting or treasury procedures.

5.) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

6.) With high sense of analytical and logical thinking

7.) Hardworking, consistent and dedicated; willing to work even longer hours any day and anywhere as instructed.
