We looking for a reliable and organized Admin Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance in the office, managing the staffhouse, and overseeing the requisition, releasing, and monitoring of office supplies.
Your Role:
- Manage and maintain the staffhouse, including coordination of occupancy, cleanliness, and basic maintenance needs.
- Monitor and process office supply requests; ensure timely releasing and accurate inventory tracking.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and clerical support.
- Maintain records and reports related to admin tasks, logistics, and supplies.
- Support other departments with administrative requirements as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
