  • Facilitate the end-to-end screening and hiring process all the way to the onboarding of a new team member.
  • Facilitate the resignation or termination process of a new teammate.
  • Facilitate the orientation and training of new team members.
  • Manage, update and maintain the human resource database.
  • Update and maintain team member benefits, status and similar records.
  • Assist with Payroll processing.
  • Attend cases related to human resources.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll support, and benefits administration).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
