Role Purpose

The Promotions Coordinator ensures all promotional and product data is set up accurately and on time in company systems. This role supports promotional campaigns by coordinating with suppliers, stores, and internal teams, making sure pricing, product details, and campaign materials are correct and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate promotional data (pricing, SKUs, allocations) in systems.
  • Coordinate promotional timelines and tasks with category and marketing teams.
  • Manage product catalogues, ticketing packages, and store communication for campaigns.
  • Check data accuracy, troubleshoot errors, and ensure promotions are ready for invoicing.
  • Provide promotional reports and maintain documentation of processes.
  • Support stores and partners by responding to promo-related queries within agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with suppliers, stores, and internal teams to ensure successful promotions.
Requirements
  • Experience in promotions, merchandising, or retail operations (retail or e-commerce).
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with multiple systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in commerce, business, or marketing is an advantage.
