Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Associate Lawyer / Underbar Associate based in Makati. The Junior Associate Lawyer will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, attending court hearings, providing client consultations, and conducting thorough legal analysis. The role also involves conducting due diligence, preparing legal opinions, and assisting in various stages of legal proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analysis skills
  • Experience with litigation, due diligence, and court procedures
  • Familiarity with corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law
  • Strong communication and client consultation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Active membership in the Philippine Bar or currently awaiting bar exam results
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and technology
