Healthcare QA Manager

Work Location: Ortigas / Pasig

Salary Range: ₱100,000 – ₱130,000

Schedule: Onsite | Night Shift

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our BPO healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing QA functions in healthcare accounts and a proven ability to lead teams to meet performance and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Healthcare QA Manager in the BPO industry

Strong understanding of healthcare processes such as RCM, claims, billing, and provider-payer workflows

Demonstrated ability to analyze quality data, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas/Pasig

Must be open to night shift work
