Join a fast-growing Australian brand shaping the future of outdoor entertainment. Outdoor TVs Australia is expanding, and we're looking for a highly organised, creative, and execution focused Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a structured yet creative environment, and enjoys working with video content, social media, and digital marketing tools. You'll work closely with Sam (Marketing Manager), who leads strategy, creative direction, and content creation. Your role is to execute, organise, and optimise everything that brings our marketing strategy to life.

What You'll Do

Content Planning & Scheduling

  • Build weekly/monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and EDMs.
  • Develop content strategies based on direction from the Marketing Manager.
  • Recommend what content needs to be filmed and create filming briefs.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms.
  • Source trending audio, hooks, and creative ideas aligned with our brand.

Content Editing & Creative Support – Video Editing Skills Mandatory

  • Edit video content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and product features.
  • Maintain well-organised photo/video B-roll libraries.
  • Assist with remote shoot planning, shot lists, product prep, and asset organisation.
  • Format and export content for various platforms.

Marketing Asset Creation

  • Create collateral such as spec sheets, brochures, user manuals, presentations, and media kits.
  • Maintain brand templates across OTA
  • Produce EDM graphics, thumbnails, and simple design assets in Canva/Adobe.

Website & Product Support

  • Upload/update product listings on Shopify (copy, specs, imagery, templates).
  • Ensure product pages remain accurate, consistent, and error-free.
  • Assist with blog uploads, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with our web developer for technical website updates.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and schedule EDMs
  • Prepare campaign drafts for review, ensuring messaging aligns with the broader strategy.
  • Maintain audience segmentation and list hygiene.
  • Collect and organise customer reviews, testimonials, and UGC.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Compile monthly marketing performance reports (social data, content analytics, campaign results).
  • Maintain Notion-based campaign and performance trackers.
  • Coordinate tasks with our SEO/PPC specialist and web developer.
  • Provide data-driven suggestions to help shape future campaign direction.
