About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Support Associate to assist our logistics claims team. In this role, you will support the investigation, documentation, and resolution of freight claims related to loss, damage, shortage, and service issues. You will collaborate closely with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing, filing, and processing freight claims in accordance with company and carrier policies.
  • Collect and organize required documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, invoices, photos, and communication records.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams to request information and provide claim status updates.
  • Support the analysis of claim details to help determine liability and recommended resolutions.
  • Track claim progress and follow up with carriers to ensure timely settlement.
  • Maintain and update claim records within the system; prepare basic reports on claim activity and trends.
  • Help identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Escalate high-complexity or high-value claims to appropriate team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
