Claims and Arbitration Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate disputed logistics transactions (loss, damage, or return issues).
- Gather and verify evidence from clients, delivery partners, and warehouse teams.
- Analyze documentation such as waybills, proof of delivery, and incident reports.
- Prepare case summaries and recommend resolutions or compensation.
- Coordinate with Claims, Quality Control, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely dispute resolution.
- Maintain arbitration records and assist in reporting and data tracking.
- Ensure all arbitration decisions are fair, transparent, and compliant with company guidelines.
- Strong analytical, investigation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- With experience in claims, dispute resolution, or logistics operations is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
