A logistics associate for a fresh graduate involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, processing orders, and providing administrative support. Key responsibilities include tracking shipments, preparing documentation, communicating with stakeholders like customers and carriers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Shipment coordination: Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, schedule deliveries, prepare shipping documents, and track shipments from origin to destination.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipping inquiries and status updates, and coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Data and reporting: Encode logistics and inventory data into systems and generate reports on shipment status, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the logistics department, such as filing documents and handling phone calls and emails.
Qualifications and skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree, often in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, is preferred.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with inventory management software or similar systems is beneficial.
- Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
