We are seeking a Claims Investigation Associate to join our logistics operations team. This role focuses on investigating claims involving lost, delayed, or damaged parcels, identifying the root causes, and coordinating internal dispute resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive cases objectively — with no direct communication with customers or clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate parcel-related claims and incidents such as loss, delay, or damage.
  • Review supporting documentation, shipment records, and system logs to determine accountability.
  • Process and evaluate claims in line with company policies and service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch, and operations) to gather relevant data.
  • Document all findings accurately and prepare detailed case reports.
  • Participate in internal arbitration or dispute resolution processes.
  • Recommend corrective or preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
  • Ensure confidentiality and fairness throughout the investigation process.
  • Familiar with MS Excel, especially in Vlook up and Pivot Table.
  • With good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
