Basic Qualification:

-College Graduate of any course

- At least 1 year relevant experience in Claims and Arbitration or similar field

-With the ability to explain claims validation or arbitration investigation

- QA (Quality Assurance) or QC (Quality Control) relevant experience is a plus

-Has experience in E-commerce, Logistics or BPO

-Keen to details and can manage large volume of data

- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas or BGC

- With good communication skills and can speak in English

Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling claims arising from courier services, including but not limited to goods loss, delays, and damages.
  • Review claim documents and evidence provided by customers or platform, ensuring the completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage claims files, ensuring they are achieved and stored according to company standards.
  • Track and follow-up the progress of claims processing to the regional claims.
  • Compute the delays using the platform the SLA.
  • Make fair, reasonable, and enforceable arbitration decision in accordance with the company's claims policy and relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement.
  • Handling internal and external communication for claims settlement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
