- Handle employee and labor relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant resolution processes.
- Provide guidance to HR staff and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads and management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Conduct investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and resolve grievances in line with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support HR strategy implementation aligned with business goals.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment through consistent communication and feedback.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources supervisory role, preferably in the BPO industry
- Strong background in employee engagement, employee relations, and labor relations
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- High level of professionalism and integrity; able to maintain confidentiality and build trust
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus)
