Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
  • Handle employee and labor relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant resolution processes.
  • Provide guidance to HR staff and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Conduct investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and resolve grievances in line with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support HR strategy implementation aligned with business goals.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment through consistent communication and feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources supervisory role, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Strong background in employee engagement, employee relations, and labor relations
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • High level of professionalism and integrity; able to maintain confidentiality and build trust
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus)
