About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager)
to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong HR expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR priorities and implement solutions that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) for talent acquisition, learning, and compensation programs.
- Analyze HR data/metrics and recommend action plans to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience
, with strong exposure to employee relations, business partnering, and organizational development. - Prior experience in
BPO companies
highly preferred. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willing to work on
Night Shift / US Hours, including holidays
. - Must be
amenable to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang
.
