We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRBP - Operations to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HRBP-Operations responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations aligned with business needs. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration, while serving as a strategic advisor to management and employees.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding.
Sourcing Support
- Candidate Screening
- Test Administration
- Interview Scheduling
- Candidate Communication - Maintain timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Database and Report Maintenance
Job Offer Coordination
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and optimize time-to-hire metrics.
- Generate regular reports on hiring metrics, system usage, and HR analytics.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
- Coordinate onboarding activities by working with department managers to prepare necessary equipment, accounts, and documentation.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring all exits are handled professionally and efficiently.
Performance Management:
- Manage the performance management procedures (probationary and annual performance review/management).
- Lead performance review processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Compile and analyze performance data, providing insights and reports to management.
- Executes employee movement, promotion, PPE and salary reviews and discussion.
- Coordinates with the Technical Team with regards to technical training/ seminars.
- Developing performance appraisal processes.
- Developing rewards and remuneration strategy.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Manager to develop sound HR solutions and policies.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Plan and execute engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, retention, and company-wide events to enhance workplace morale (company outing, team building, company anniversary, etc.)
- Organize and oversee employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events to enhance workplace morale.
- Evaluate engagement results and recommend actions to boost morale and workplace experience
Handle employee discipline issues and provide guidance and support as needed.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in accordance with company policy.
- Support organizational change by creating effective internal communication strategies and ensuring best practices are managed.

Administrative Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions such as handling office supplies, creation of company ID, Tshirt, additional clerical support to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Oversee administrative tasks including permit and license renewals, and inventory management.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files, HR records, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Keep all employee information, HR trackers, and internal databases consistently updated and accurate.
- Send out scheduled announcements such as holiday memos, birthdays, work anniversaries, and other HR-related notifications.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within HR and Administration.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Recruitment, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, and HR best practices.
Skills:
Proven ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
