We are looking for an HR/Admin Assistant who will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and Operations Department. The role involves clerical tasks, document processing, and coordination with the aforementioned departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain 201 Files and other employee records
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding activities of the Human Resources Department
- Assist in timekeeping and preparation of payroll
- Handle procurement of office supplies
- Assist in processing documents within the department
- Perform ad hoc clerical tasks as required by the department and Operations Manager
- Assist in monitoring cash advances
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Psychology or Business-related degree
- Undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn HR and admin processes
Work schedule: Onsite, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
