Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).
  • Support social media management by creating content, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer needs to support strategy development.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for marketing materials and event requirements.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and update the company website, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, sales leads, and marketing KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing database, including CRM updates and contact lists.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team (scheduling, documentation, filing).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or related role (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Work Conditions

  • Office-based with occasional fieldwork for events or promotions.
  • Regular working hours, with flexibility required during special events and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
