Administrator/ Personal Assistant

We are looking for a high-performing Administrator/Personal Assistant to support an Australian client. This role requires a strong administrative experience, excellent English communication skills, and be confident using platforms like ServiceM8, Microsoft Office, Xero, and Bright HR/Safe. Skills in IT support and drawing software's like Sketchup are also welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups through ServiceM8
- Prepare and update quotes, work orders, and invoices
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and reconciliation using Xero
- Handle email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination team onboarding, leave tracking, and document management via Bright HR and Bright Safe
- Maintain and update company documents, templates, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Assist in implementing and monitoring safety and HR processes
- Coordinate between site teams and office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and provide personal assistance to the Managing Director
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience using ServiceM8, Xero, and/or similar business platforms
- Familiarity with Bright HR / Bright Safe or similar HR/safety systems (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
