Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal and Art Assistant to support daily administrative, creative, and operational tasks. The role combines personal assistance with light business and creative coordination, ideal for someone detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing varied responsibilities.

Hours of Work:

  • Approximately 1 - 2 hours of work per day, Mondays to Fridays (flexible schedule).
  • Work hours may be rendered at any time of the day as long as tasks and deadlines are met within the week or on or before their respective due/key dates.
  • Primarily remote work; occasional in-person visits to the office, suppliers, or partners when necessary.
  • Weekly coordination meetings or submission of a brief status report to the Employer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Employer, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing properties, expenses, and other logistical requirements.
  • Maintain organized records and databases for personal and business matters.
  • Support day-to-day operations of a small business, including coordination with partners, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Handle basic accounting, payments, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and ensure compliance with basic administrative requirements.
  • Assist with creative and art-related tasks or projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Software (e.g. Acrobat, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Preferably with experience in administrative or personal assistant work
  • Knowledge or background in the printing business or photography is an advantage, but not required
