We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our thriving call centre team as Customer Service Representatives. In this full-time role, you will be the voice of our client, a leading telecommunications provider, assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is based in our state-of-the-art contact centre in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers, providing prompt and effective support
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  3. Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through problem resolution
  4. Upselling and cross-selling products and services to meet customer needs
  5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  6. Adhering to quality and compliance standards to deliver a consistently high level of service
  7. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

  • At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
  • With 7 months Call Center Experience (confidence is a + factor)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
