What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer enquiries
  4. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  5. Adaptability and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
