About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Staff to join our team at Grand Meritus Security Agency, based in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory
  2. Managing warehouse operations, including stock taking, tracking, and inventory management
  3. Preparing and processing shipping and delivery documentation
  4. Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  5. Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on logistics activity
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of our logistics system
  7. Assisting with other warehouse and distribution-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a logistics or warehousing role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  3. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners
  5. A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
  6. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools
