Salary Range: OPEN

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Quezon City

Your Responsibilities:

  1.  Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries;

  2. Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution;

  3. Liaise with production, sales and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs;
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings;
  5. Manage and motivate the logistics team, providing training, guidance and support to drive high performance;
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a logistics or supply chain environmentStrong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processesExcellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skillsProficient in data analysis and performance reportingProven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targetsExperience managing teams of 10-20 logistics and warehouse staff across multiple shiftsKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fieldProficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
