What You'll Be Doing
  • Call prospective and existing clients to schedule appointments for our consultants.
  • Follow proven scripts to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Record call outcomes and appointment details accurately in our system.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and keep conversations positive.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment goals.
  • Support the team by ensuring consultants always have a strong pipeline of opportunities.

What You'll Need
  • Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence).
  • A positive, energetic, and engaging personality (clients should enjoy talking to you).
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural.
  • Confidence to handle objections and keep the conversation moving forward.
  • Reliability and consistency—show up ready to succeed every shift.
  • Availability for remote shifts (including overnight).
  • Equipment at home: a laptop or desktop computer, a good-quality noise-canceling headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
