Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include managing incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, providing accurate information, and solving customer issues efficiently. The agent will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service.

  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • No previous BPO experience required but is a plus.

Pay: Up to Php22,610.00 per month
