Social Media Manager

Prime Auto Boutique, a leading automotive company, is looking for a savvy, results-driven and proactive Social Media Manager who will shape, amplify and strengthen our brand presence across all digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cars, creative in digital storytelling, and strategic in marketing execution. The Social Media Manager / Marketing Officer will be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that connect with our target market, generate leads, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns that align with company goals.
- Handle social media pages, online advertisements, brand promotions, content creation, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and support sales objectives.
- Develop, execute and evaluate aggressive and compelling marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule, and manage posts and paid ads on social media platforms.
- Develop and write content for social media and manage online branding.
- Develop, execute and evaluate creative, aggressive and compelling marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, inquiries, reviews, and feedback across platforms
- Test new strategies, adapt to trends and cultivate strategic relationships with acquisition partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage budgets for marketing activities to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights and manage updates to targeting, ad copy, and creative assets.
- Oversee campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, supporting renewals and budget allocations.
- Develop expertise in digital media tools and platforms to enhance performance and execution.
- Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and emerging trends in the automotive industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for improvement and innovation.
- Take on other marketing and branding-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Digital Media/ Management or any related courses
- Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok , Youtube Ads
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends in social media marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Responsible, detail-oriented and a good team player
- Eager to learn and willing to take on any challenge
- Outgoing, personable and can easily adapt within a fast-moving team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with internal teams.
- Basic skills in photography, video editing and caption writing is a plus
- Creative, organized, and up-to-date with current social media trends
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are accepted
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
