About the Role:

We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager who can help establish and grow our company's online presence. This role involves setting up and managing our official social media accounts and website, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to build our online community and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and set up the company's official social media accounts (LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Assist in maintaining the website by posting the newsletter articles (using website builders or CMS platforms)
  • Develop a social media content strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create and schedule posts to increase engagement and reach
  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare simple monthly reports
  • Recommend strategies to grow followers and strengthen online presence

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management (especially LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Knowledge in basic website creation and management (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms)
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with branding, online marketing, and engagement strategies
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools)
  • Experience with paid advertising and boosting posts
  • Understanding of SEO and website optimization

Work Arrangement:

  • Freelance / project-based
  • Flexible schedule with regular check-ins
  • Opportunity for long-term engagement depending on performance

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
