  • Responsible as the main contact person for preventive maintenance and warranty.
  • Provide answers to general warranty inquiries.
  • Assist in all related application inquiries.
  • Proactive call for customers' maintenance schedule.
  • Follow-up calls in a specific period.
  • Responsible for the dissemination of information to customers.
  • Handle and endorse customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Maintain customer database.

Qualifications*

  • Graduate of any business course.
  • Preferably with customer service background or experience.
  • Experience in a car dealership is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
