eCommerce Assistant

Our client is an eCommerce business selling kitchenware and appliances. They specialise in online retail across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
They are now looking to hire an eCommerce Assistant to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maximising online performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders.
- Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
- Assist with stock management and liaise (via email) with suppliers and distributors.
- Monitor shipping and follow up on any delivery issues.
- Support marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media.
- Researched new product opportunities and competitor pricing.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Update inventory twice a day before 9:30 am and 4 pm
- Experience in e-commerce operations (WooCommerce experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills (English).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and email campaigns.
- Comfortable working independently and problem-solving as needed.
