About Us

The Business Builders is a fast-growing eCommerce company that helps entrepreneurs start, scale, and sell online businesses. We manage multiple Shopify brands and are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Web Designer & Ads Assistant to join our team.


Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in Shopify, product page design, and digital marketing support. This role combines web design and ad management assistance, ensuring our online stores not only look great but also convert visitors into customers.


Key Responsibilities

Website & Product Pages

Design, build, and optimize Shopify product pages and storefronts.

Gather creatives (images, videos, product descriptions) for product listings.

Ensure all sites are mobile-friendly and high-converting.

Ad Support

Assist in launching ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.

Place ads into pause/unpause mode as directed.

Upload creatives and copy into Ads Manager for campaigns.

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to align product launches with ad campaigns.

Maintain organized folders of creatives and ad assets.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing on Shopify (themes, product pages, customization).

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (launching, pausing, managing ads).

Eye for design and ability to gather and organize creatives.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Able to work Sydney business hours.
