SNBN is a fast-growing eCommerce and logistics company dedicated to empowering Black-owned and Brown-owned businesses across the United States. We provide a marketplace, branding, logistics, and full business support to vendors nationwide.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking, motivated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team. Your main task will be cold calling Black-owned businesses across the U.S. (Southeast first, Build team then the rest of America) to introduce SNBN, explain our services, Close sales and our create great sales leads. All marketing materials provided.
Responsibilities:
Work with upper management to cultivate work lists
Cold call provided lists of Black-owned businesses in the U.S.
Build rapport and present SNBN value proposition.
Document leads and follow-ups in our CRM.
Work closely with the leadership team to improve scripts and closing rates.
Meet weekly call and conversion targets.
Compensation:
$5 USD per hour
$50 bonus (Spiff) for every successful vendor sign-up that comes directly
from your selling efforts
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Previous cold calling or telesales experience is a big plus
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
