About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle SaaS) to support and maintain our Oracle-based finance and accounting systems. This role is perfect for accounting or finance professionals who have a strong interest in systems, data, and process improvement. You'll be part of a global team ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations using Oracle SaaS.


What You'll Do
  • Support day-to-day Oracle finance system operations (period closing, data mapping, monitoring system jobs)
  • Review and verify journal entries and accounting classifications
  • Extract and analyze data for reports and reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end closing and troubleshooting finance system issues
  • Maintain updated documentation and assist in audits
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to resolve issues

Qualifications / Skills Needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in month-end closing, accounting systems, or ERP/Oracle SaaS
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator with a strong background in Oracle systems, databases, or ERP applications
  • Experience in Oracle Database Administration — installation, configuration, patching, backup & recovery, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in system and tools management setup, preferably with a finance or accounting background
  • Proficient in Oracle SaaS / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Oracle certifications (Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Database Administrator) are a plus
  • Must be willing to work on-site and on a night shift
