Senior Finance Analyst

The Asia Pacific (APAC) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team are integral part of APAC Finance working with internal and business stakeholders. We focus on supporting the business through financial planning, management reporting, and business analysis.Finance > Finance APAC > Business Performance ManagementResponsibilitiesAs a Finance Business Partner, Management Reporting, you will be working alongside different finance teams and business departments, providing financial information, developing tools/reports, and providing analysis that will facilitate informed decisions and steer business strategy.Develop and maintain management reports/dashboards across business areas through automation, simplification, and standardizationSupport BPM teams in preparation of reports for Monthly Financial ReviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processesEngage with Group functions and other regions to source alignment and best practicesCreation and maintenance of the Regional Reporting CatalogueQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience in Management Reporting, P&L Analysis, and business performance management will be an advantage3-5 years of working experience in an international environmentTakes initiative and is self-motivated; someone effective at functioning in complex, demanding settingsCurrent systems skills, including MS Office Suite, SAP, BI & Power BIFlexibility and accountability, with occasional short timelines and/or tight deadlinesCompetenciesWe expect that you have:Solid communication and analytical skillsGood collaboration skills and focused on completing tasks efficientlyCommitted to outcomes with a willingness to consider diverse perspectivesReputation to complete your tasks with great accuracy and detail orientationBusiness-oriented and international mindsetGood stakeholder management skillsOpen to exploring new opportunities while willing to learnWhat We OfferWe offer you an engaging role with great professional and personal development opportunities in an inspiring, progressive, international work environment at an established manufacturer of wind turbines.
