Reconciliation Analyst (Finance)

Job Description:

  • Generate complete and accurate bank statements of accounts used in the operations.
  • Perform reconciliation, consulting with operations, ensuring accurate data, and reporting status updates.
  • Conduct account analysis, identifying and reporting trends, risks, and discrepancies.
  • Collecting, Interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
  • Ensures that all balances (bank and client's balances) are reconciled and recorded accordingly.
  • Expected to further verify balances and correct any discrepancies/issues identified and communicate to related departments.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company as necessary.
  • Apply appropriate accounting methodology for the treatment of balances.
  • Assess reconciliation policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare, Monitor, and update the Summary of Audit Findings Report.
  • Prepares and reviews journal entries in the Xero accounting system for detailed reporting and recordkeeping.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 1 year and above experience in the same or related field
  • Prior experience in IGaming or Payment Provider Service industry
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and quick learner in a "can do" working environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Reconciliation
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficient in Xero or other accounting System.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
