Contract Analyst – Global Business Services

At Tribal Group, we deliver innovative EdTech software and services that help educational institutions worldwide improve student outcomes. Our Global Business Services (GBS) team is looking for a Contract Analyst to strengthen our contract management processes and ensure operational excellence across our global business.

The Role

You'll be part of the Contract Management Team under GBS — supporting the full contract lifecycle from request to approval and storage. This is a process-driven role focused on accuracy, coordination, and compliance within our contract management systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and process contract requests from global teams through the Contract Management System (CMS).
  • Monitor workflows to ensure timely review, approval, and execution.
  • Upload and maintain contract data, key dates, and special conditions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues or delays in the approval process.
  • Ensure signed agreements are properly indexed and archived.
  • Support renewals, amendments, and expirations of existing contracts.
  • Assist with reporting and process improvements to enhance contract accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Experience working in a shared-services, GBS, or corporate operations environment.
  • Familiarity with contract or procurement workflows, approvals, or documentation systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce, SharePoint, MS 365).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting SLAs and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a structured, process-oriented setup

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to CMS tools or procurement platforms.
  • Background in finance, business administration, or operations support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php36, Php52,000.00 per month
