Help transform how our Finance team works by combining
data, process, and technology
. As a
Systems Analyst
, you'll be responsible for analyzing business processes that impact Finance and delivering innovative, automated solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams — particularly Finance and IT — to design, test, and implement system enhancements that simplify workflows and strengthen operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, and document current Finance processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT developers to design and implement system-based solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Prepare business cases, business requirements, and functional specifications for systems development.
  • Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly developed systems.
  • Support implementation activities including training, documentation, and post-deployment review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related function (Business or Systems Analysis).
  • Proficient in MS Visio, Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in process mapping and data flow diagramming.
