Finance Analyst II

Finance SSC, Controlling & Reporting. The Controlling and Reporting group is in charge of ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company's Financial Guidelines while securing engagement with stakeholders. The group also act as a business partner for Regional, Project or Group stakeholders and makes sure that the financial activities-driven decisions are taken on a good financial business case which can and will be followed upon.Finance SSC > Controlling and Reporting > SSC Assembly & Blades Ext Man + PBUResponsibilitiesResponsible for complex accounting and financial analysis. Prepares reports efficiently and effectively, utilizing advanced technical and financial knowledgePrepares and reviews complex standards and responds to ad hoc requests for analytics and to provide support for business profitability, case preparation, and investigation into financial performance, and are key in enabling decision supportEnsuring that management reporting for actuals, budgets/forecasts, controls, inventory reconciliation processes, and accrual management is in place and is working in preparation for SOX compliance and internal and external reporting readinessResponsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining efficient and cost-effective process controlsHandles Global support and acts as the SME for all support tasks to the Controller. Performs forecasts and initial analysis for some small plants, like the supply center, to help the Controllers with the initial review and analysis, plus forecastingQualificationsBachelor's Degree in any Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related areaCertifications (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.) are beneficialAt least 3 to 7 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functionsWith proficient analytical skills relevant to financial analysisA motivated professional with a constructive outlook; responsive and capable of handling challenges in a stimulating work environmentKnowledge in using the ERP System.
