Responsible for contacting customers to collect on past-due loans, identifying reasons for delinquency, and negotiating repayment solutions.

Accurately update account information within the internal computer system.

Reach out to customers to collect payments on delinquent loans, understand the causes of delinquency & secure a promise to pay.

Follow established protocols when selecting the appropriate collection methods.

Create and discuss flexible repayment plans with customers, clearly outlining the consequences of non-payment in an effort to resolve past-due balances.

Plan and prioritize future tasks, including setting up follow-up actions.

Ensure all account records are thoroughly documented to support effective resolution.

Consistently meet or exceed defined performance standards.

Adhere to all relevant company policies and operational procedures.

May be asked to assist with customer service responsibilities as assigned by management.
