This role combines B2B onboarding (working directly with hotels and businesses) and B2C support (helping them deliver better service to their guests), so you'll play a key role in both customer success and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, and video conferencing.
  • Onboard new customers (B2B): guide them step by step in setting up and using the platform effectively.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, R&D, and Customer Success to resolve customer concerns and share feedback.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in Zendesk.
  • Stay updated on new product features, SaaS industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and helpful support.
  • Create and improve customer self-service resources like FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Build trust with customers by delivering consistent, high-quality service that contributes to satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service (SaaS or B2B/B2C experience preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain concepts in a clear and simple way.
  • Experience using CRM/Support tools such as Zendesk (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).
  • Work-from-home ready with your own equipment:

  • Processor: i3 or higher

  • RAM: 8GB minimum
  • Storage: SSD 256GB or HDD 512GB
  • Internet: minimum 200 Mbps (or willing to upgrade once hired).
