Technical Sales Executive

Identify, qualify and acquire new business opportunities through networks, researching and prospecting potential clients, generating leads through cold calls, and attending industry related events.
- Conduct through needs analysis and assessments to understand customer lighting and electrical requirements, and provide technical expertise on our products to provide solutions to their specific needs.
- Present and demonstrate, conduct product presentations to clients (Individual or group), highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they address customer challenges and improve their business operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team, R&D and Technical team to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and product solutions to the customer's needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, and payment terms to close deals and secure new business opportunities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support such as service assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate customer needs proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through account management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
Qualifications
- College Bachelors Degree of Electrical Engineer, Interior Designer, Architecture, Business or Marketing related course.
- Experience in construction, electrical, & lighting, Interior design or Architectural firms that are sales or Account Management related.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PPT, Word, Excel, or other productivity app. Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are acceptable provided that they have outstanding performance in school.
