What You'll Own & Lead:

  • Develop HR dashboards, performance metrics, and KPI tracking to provide clear insights
  • Conduct performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and calibration sessions
  • Analyze HR and workforce data to support strategic planning and collaboration with clients
  • Partner with department heads for manpower planning, performance targets, and talent strategies
  • Support organizational development, workforce planning, and critical HR decision-making
  • Turn HR data into actionable recommendations to improve culture, efficiency, and growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR analytics, business performance, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of performance management, KPIs, and workforce planning
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ethical, detail-oriented, and proactive in compliance and HR best practices
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
