Sourcing and Logistics Supervisor

Ortigas Metro Manila, Philippines SPS Training & Consultancy Services Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and assign SRFs, review sourcing matrices, and check budget requests before forwarding.

  • Follow up approvals, monitor deadlines, and escalate operational concerns as needed.

  • Coordinate order releasing, item turnover, and van scheduling while ensuring proper documentation of incoming/outgoing items.

  • Lead monthly audits, monitor warehouse cleanliness, and ensure accurate filing and reporting.

  • Supervise preparations, turnover, and post-event checks, including trip budgets and receipts.

  • Guide specialists, ensure daily updates to requestors, and supervise proper execution of MRF and VRF procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Has a completed Bachelor's degree in any 4 years course

  • Can reliably operate the MS Office apps

  • With at least 3 years of work experience in the related field

  • Has good communication skills

  • Ready to join a fun and dynamic team

  • Must be willing to do field work

  • Willing to work on-site (Ortigas, Pasig City)

  • Can start ASAP
