We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Supervisor to lead warehouse, delivery operations and streamline logistics systems.

This role is responsible for developing and executing market infrastructure, yard, warehouse, and delivery systems. It oversees warehouse and depot operations, including planning, leading, organizing, and controlling administrative functions.

The role ensures accuracy of warehouse documents by validating and signing forms, monitors record books and utility consumption, recommends scrap disposal, delegates tasks during staff absences, and advises on personnel actions such as hiring, movement, and discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of Industrial Engineering, or any other similar discipline
  • With 3 - 5 years' experience in Logistics, preferably in FMCG industry
  • With experience in execution of market infrastructures, yard, warehouse and delivery system
  • Holder of Professional Driver's License with a Restriction Code of 123 or ABC
