  • Manage end-to-end logistics for international shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods while adhering to customs and import/export regulations.
  • Carefully check and validate all shipping documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Form E (Certificate of Origin) to ensure accuracy and compliance with both local and international requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for corrections or missing documentation, when necessary.
  • Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth processing and clearance of imported goods.
  • Provide all required documentation for customs clearance and track the release schedule.
  • Arrange timely delivery of import containers from port to warehouse or final destination.
  • Send complete sets of shipping documents to the assigned customs broker or freight forwarder for processing.
  • Ensure all documents are submitted on time to prevent delays or demurrage charges.
  • Track the progress of inbound and outbound shipments using tracking systems and regular communication with logistics partners.
  • Proactively resolve any issues or delays and keep relevant departments informed of shipment status and expected arrival times.
  • Coordinate and arrange shipping bookings with freight forwarders or shipping lines based on order readiness, lead times, and cost considerations.
  • Ensure bookings are made in line with production and delivery schedules to meet customer and business needs.
  • Perform such other related duties and functions assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
